Head Coach




I’m a strength coach with a passion for the powerful connection between physical strength and overall wellbeing. My background in competitive powerlifting and strongwoman has shaped not only how I train, but how I coach—focusing on building resilience, confidence, and real-world strength that carries beyond the gym.

I thrive on helping individuals push past their perceived limits and turn their training into something bigger: confidence in everyday life, both physically and mentally.
Alongside coaching, I work as a registered paramedic, which has given me a deeper understanding of how strength training can positively impact long-term health, injury prevention, and overall quality of life. I believe in creating a supportive and encouraging environment where every client feels valued.
